31/8/13 – London

The “Traffic Circular” Anniversay Run

In 2013 we had two major anniversaries – it was thirty years since we bought our first bus (RF433) and that bus was sixty years old. We spent much time thinking how we could commemorate this and settled on something really daft – we drove right round the North and South Circular Roads, which included the Woolwich Free Ferry, with a bunch of friends aboard. We did not expect a traffic-free run so called the event “The Traffic Circular”.

The run officially started and finished at Brent Cross bus station which was so crowded (you wouldn’t know from this view) that we had to make our visit very brief.

What are the owners discussing? Lunch, traffic, navigation? Who knows?
